Part-Time Substance Abuse Technician- Page
Gain valuable experience in this entry level position with great Detox and Encompass growth opportunities.
Monitors client health and safety, completes detailed paperwork and computer documentation, and provides programming (from a set curriculum) to clients. Currently only the extended stay portion of the agency is open, and extra precautions are taken for employee and client safety.
The Part-Time Substance Abuse Technician (Detox Shift Worker) position consists of part-time shift work and varying shifts. Night and weekend availability and flexibility with scheduling is a must. Requires a HS Diploma or equivalent, clean driving record, and ability to obtain an AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card. Bilingual preferred but not required.
Full-Time Assessment Specialist/ Counselor
The Assessment Specialist/Counselor is responsible for completing clinical assessments, treatment plans, prior authorizations, shelter reports, facilitating CFT meetings, evaluating clients for appropriate grant programs, and coordinating care with external agencies. This position involves regular day to day contact with high needs clients and also works closely with the clinical team at all Encompass locations. Master’s Degree, BA Degree and 2 years’ experience in behavioral health field, or AA Degree and 4 years’ experience in behavioral health field required.

This position manages our client drop in center in Page, which is a safe environment where clients can socialize. The manager builds/oversees the day-today programs and supervises/schedules the Peer Support staff. The manager assists and supports the Peer Support staff in providing recovery support to clients, assisting clients with identifying and accessing community resources, encouraging clients to develop daily living skills, identifying client objectives, and fostering an environment that promotes growth and success for each client. HS Diploma or higher and ability to obtain AZDPS Fingerprint Clearance Card required. Behavioral Health and/or related experience and Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field preferred. Wage depending on education and experience, plus benefits.
Front Desk Receptionist- Page
The position of Receptionist is an important, frontline Encompass representative and is part of the Communications department in our Page, AZ office. Must be able to function independently, maintain client confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment in responding to requests for information or making referrals. Must have computer, customer service, and organizational skills. The Receptionist is responsible for accurate typing and maintenance of current forms, and duties include: Greeting clients, scheduling appointments, entering triage information for all people contacting the agency about becoming enrolled, collecting required client information, operating the phone system, coordinating with clinical and medical staff, and cross-training with other positions.
Must have computer, customer service, and organizational skills, as well as a HS Diploma or higher and the ability to obtain an AZDPS Fingerprint Clearance Card. $15 per hour plus benefits.

Assist clients with accessing and/or troubleshooting public/private benefits and entitlement programs. Work closely with clients while they experience needed growth in the areas of health and wellness and socialization. Coordinate with staff and other providers to meet client needs and do outreach to clients who are not engaging in services. Adult/Child Case Manager – Colorado City
Full-Time Child/Adult Case Manager to work directly with clients. Duties include coordination of care with other agencies, teaching daily living skills, positive communication skills, and healthy social interaction, developing and implementing behavior plans, helping adults navigate the mental health system, and working with counselors on objectives. Duties will also include coordinating groups and activities with clients. Must have a HS Diploma or higher and the ability to obtain an AZDPS Fingerprint Clearance Card
