Full-Time IT Specialist - Page
The Encompass IT Specialist position is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software and network operating systems, as well as for the orientation, training and continued support of employees in regard to technology. The IT Specialist administers both the behavioral and medical Electronic Medical Records and assists the MIS Manager with computer issues and needs. Motivation, willingness to learn, and strong customer service skills are a must. HS Diploma or higher, an AZDPS Fingerprint Clearance Card, and a clean driving record are required.
The Psychiatric Coordinator’s purpose is to organize appointments, med requests, and chart requests for Psychiatric staff. This position requires a responsible person who displays pleasant, professional courtesy during client interactions as will being responsible for maintaining the integrity of psychiatric records. Ideally, this position will be cross-trained for providing coverage for the Medical Assistant position in our Medical facility. Medical Assistant Certification preferred. Wage: $15/hour; full-time with insurance, PTO, and 401K. AZDPS Fingerprint Clearance Card, and a clean driving record are required.

This is a front desk position for both Medical and Behavioral and is an anticipated need as we grow our Medical practice. Responsibilities include: Greeting clients, scheduling appointments, collecting required client information, running switchboard, coordinating with clinical and medical staff, and cross-training with other positions. Monitors client health and safety, completes detailed paperwork and computer documentation, and provides programming (from a set curriculum) to clients. Currently only the extended stay portion of the agency is open, and extra precautions are taken for employee and client safety.
The Part-Time Substance Abuse Technician (Detox Shift Worker) position consists of part-time shift work and varying shifts. Night and weekend availability and flexibility with scheduling is a must. Requires a HS Diploma or equivalent, clean driving record, and ability to obtain an AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card. Bilingual preferred but not required.
Colorado City Counselor, Full or Part-Time
Provide individual, couples, and group counseling in a small office serving a rural population. Counselor will develop treatment plans and be a part of a team approach using coordination of care. BA/BS in mental health or related field required. MA/MS in counseling and ability to become licensed in AZ preferred. Clean driving record and ability to acquire an AZDPS Fingerprint Clearance Card required. Part or Full time status is negotiable. Wage is depending on education and license level and would be pro-rated accordingly for a part-time position.
Child/Adult Case Manager- Littlefield
Full-Time Child/Adult Case Manager to work directly with clients. Duties include coordination of care with other agencies, teaching daily living skills, positive communication skills, and healthy social interaction, developing and implementing behavior plans, helping adults navigate the mental health system, and working with counselors on objectives.
