	Dr. Michael Demangone, MD Dr. Demangone obtained his B.S. in Premedicine with Distinction from Pennsylvania State University, and then went on to graduate from the Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University. He completed his residency at the St. Margaret Memorial Hospital Family Practice Program in Pittsburgh. Dr. Demangone has provided medical care for the citizens of Page and surrounding areas for over 17 years, and looks forward to remaining available for the community.

	Scott Sadler, PA-C A graduate of Cuyahoga College in Cleveland, Ohio, Scott has been providing medical services since 1997. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Arizona State Association of Physician Assistants. Scott enjoys hot air ballooning, flying, boating and spending time with his wife and 2 children.
	Melisa Serventi, R.N. Melisa received her BA in Nursing from NAU in Flagstaff and has been in the nursing field for 16 years. Melisa has Airborne training, flight nurse training and served as a surgical nurse and Captain in the U.S. Army Nurse Corps. She is certified in ACLS, NRP and PALS. She and her husband have 2 children and are very active in 4H and Scouts.
	Kate McGee, R.N. Kate received a BA in Philosophy at Adelphi University in Garden City, New York, and received her A.D. in Nursing at NAU in Flagstaff, and has been in the medical field for 30 years. Kate was born in Scotland, grew up on Long Island, NY, and moved to Arizona after serving in the Navy. Kate and her husband, Rick, enjoy hiking, whitewater kayaking, stained glass and reading.
	Stephanie Cordsen, R.N. Stephanie received her Nursing degree from Mohave Community College and has been in the medical field for 11 years. Stephanie was born in Morenci AZ, and moved to Page at the age of 5. She and her husband have 3 children. She enjoys softball, camping and boating.
	Mike Moore, D.C. Board certified in 1992, Chiropractor Dr. Mike Moore completed his pre-chiropractic studies at Glendale Community College and ASU. Mike received his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. Mike is an avid outdoorsman and has provided chiropractic care in Page and the surrounding areas for nearly 20 years.
	Barbara Zimmerman, M.D. Dr. Zimmerman, who specializes in women's health, earned her medical degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Reno, Nevada. She has provided medical care in Page for 17 years. Dr. Zimmerman and her husband, Mark, enjoy spending time on the lake, traveling, and hiking.
